Well, it's my understanding that "up there" is much nicer than down here. So am guessing that those people aren't complaining, if they are indeed up there :) It's never easy trying to make sense of life in the face of tragedy - it's so easy to turn around and yell at God when these things happen just like we yell at people closest to us when we're hurt. And it's harder to think of God as loving and powerful in these times, but it's important to remember that He is and that in times like these, He still is. For every evil thing that happens, there is always good. That is the hope we must hold on to, not the bitter aftertaste of evil.
